Sandra kept me wanting for about 30 minutes before clearing. During cleaning, she continued to have other conversations with other staff. It would be nice if she focused on the patient. She cleaned thoroughly but was much more rough than others have been in the past.
I would prefer to see one dentist consistently to develop a relationship and engage in my own dental care -- I have an ongoing issue (grinding/enamel wear) that I would like one caregiver to help me monitor. I never see the same person twice (except for the hygienist) -- while everyone is very nice and professional, I don't feel like I'm getting personal care.
Jamie is the best x-ray taker. I am a gagger and she got me through it. Sandra was an excellent hygienist and explained everything to me. Dr. Matthew B. couldn't have been nicer and more informative and welcoming. And he has a perfect smile Dana explained every single financial obligation and plan to me and it helped me set my mind at ease
I was taken to a room quickly after arriving, but waited 20 minutes or so before anyone told me what was going on. I then had to wait another 15 minutes before someone came back. This is a consistent experience: long waits for services while sitting in the exam room. Also, the new crown I was expecting to be "installed" was not made properly, despite the photos that were taken. I sincerely hope it's right when I come back next week, otherwise it will affect future recommendations to potential referrals.
Front desk person was not nice
Like to be served in time to lessen my time off work.
Unfortunately, the bridge work I had been putting off for years did not live up to my expectations. I wish I would have never got the bridge done. Had I fully understood how it would feel or the process to get it, I would have continued to decline the procedure.
This practice is like a family. Everyone greets patients in a friendly way, responds to requests for information, anesthetic, etc. The location is convenient, scheduling is easy, the offices are comfortable. I wouldn't change dentists unless the practice moved out of town.
I have always had pretty good service at this office and even when at the previous location. I was away for a while, but have still found that I get quality care and service. However, please advise when I may have to wait about 15 mins to be seen. I think if the doctor is running behind this should be advised when you check in.
