I'm a new patient to this practice and I'd hoped to see the dentist to which I was referred. Having said that, it is my understanding that Dr. Ebbs took I'll and couldn't see. That is totally acceptable. However, his full-in (the Indian dentist, can't remember his name) wasn't very personable. In fact, I didn't think he was very professional. The office staff and technicians were professional and polite.
At this time, I find very little that needs improving. Thank you to the dental staff for being extremely gentle with my mouth, as well as comforting during my visit. Also, many thanks to administrators for quickly processing my paperwork and assisting me in returning to work on time.

I appreciate the service but do often have to wait rather long either before being seated or between being seated and any cleaning or work to begin.

I would like to thank the staff for accommodating me. My appointment was originally scheduled for 1p. However, I was in the area and called to see if they could fit me in 2 hours earlier. As usual, the service was great and I was able to come earlier.
