Please forgive me for this overdue note of thanks and appreciation for the professionalism I received from the following staff members (team at the 19th street location): 1.) Dr. Bolduc was very nice and explained in thurough detail what was happening and what he was doing and how it should feel in my mouth so i wouldn't be concerned if that pain or pressure was normal and unlike the other dentist i used to have, if i raised my hand saying i felt something, he would stop and numb it more. My other dentist was kind of stingy about using numbing tools so it was always kind of a painful visit. more painful than usual. Everybody was very nice as usual but it took me almost 3:30h to be have a cleaning done and a temporary crown placed!
Everyone Saturday between my arrival time/appointment time 9:00am 3/7/2015 throughout my departure was outstanding. The dentist I came in contact with at had the best customer services/and outstanding dental techniques to treat and take care of my dental needs. His assistant was brilliant and the receptionist was awesome. I recommend this dental office to the world. Rating is 10 stars.
The hygienist was very friendly and took me early (before the end of her lunch period, I think) because she saw that I had arrived early.
Dr. Coombs made an immediate assessment of my problem with my denture and when I told him how I broke it he suggested I be driven to my doctor appointment. I told him I needed to walk. He was concerned. I would just like to thank him as my doctor is sending me for a brain scan as they think my problems are neurological. Thank you again for your concern.
You guys are great. I have no complaints.
