I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff were not welcoming and seemed nervous, as if they couldn’t handle pressure. There was also a clear lack of transparency in their dealings. One lady in particular tried very hard to convince me to sell my gold, initially offering a certain price, but when I returned, she lowered the offer and denied ever quoting the higher amount.
