After checking out Warwicks website and the history of the shop I decided to bring my unwanted gold jewellery yesterday. Don was very informative and put me at ease. I got a great price for my gold and I am getting my wedding rings resized. The transactions were quick and easy.. Our visit wasn't so quick, Don was such a lovely man I think we chatted for over an hour..
Friendly, no pressure service. Took time to explain the breakdown of items' value. Pleased with the result.
Customer service at its absolute best. Don is so friendly & super helpful but he's also honest, professional & knows his trade inside out. The best prices paid for gold/silver & absolutely no pressure to sell unless you're 100% happy. I've left my engagement ring in for repair & I know they will do a good job. Highly recommended.
