We got my engagement ring here - we were immediately drawn in by all the beautiful and colourful rings in the window. All the rings were beautifully designed and much more unique than lots of the ones in the surrounding jewellers, who felt a lot more mass-produced and "conveyor belt". I love my unique, teal sapphire ring and was grateful for the designer talking me through the best types of stones for engagement rings and recommending the metal and stone colours that complemented my skin tone!

5/5 from start to finish. Customer service was great from the initial finding the right ring to the after sales. My fiancé needed the ring dropping a size and was after a tight turn around. Karen went out her way to get this sorted asap. The initial sale was great too, I didn’t get the name of the lady that served me but she was extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful. Was searching for a manmade opal to match the remaining ones in a necklace. Was fortunate to be sent to Wards by a Jewellery repair shop. Karen served us and basically solved all my dilemmas! She was so knowledgeable and friendly. A real delight. Thank you.

I am delighted with the beautiful ring designed and made by M&J Gems, it’s stunning and a delight to wear. Staff were helpful, nothing too much trouble. I plan to visit again for more design and creative work to be done on dated jewellery.

Pretentious, patronising, rude, belittling. Avoid. Had such a friendly experience almost everywhere else in the jewellery quarter but we were snubbed by Wards.
