If your looking for a sea of cardio machines that the big chain gyms provide, this probably isn't a place for you. However visit this hidden gem and you maybe surprised. First up cost, I'm in the area visiting family so enquired about a day pass £6.50 and week pass £15. Which I thought was excellent value compared to big chains.
