Terrible customer service for the price they charge for their services I expect a certain standard of customer service. I made an appointment here which I changed from Saturday to today at 1.30 walked in and told them I had an appointment despite this they ignored me without acknowledging how long I was waiting which was well over 35 minutes despite having an appointment with them I was then clearly upset and the man who works there tried to tell me I didn’t make an appointment even though I did instead of apologising or eve... read more

The quality could be better. Nail files, clips etc. are dirty and uses multiple times. They should to use a saperate file for each client!!! They don't sterilised tools so it's very easy to catch a skin or nail infection.

I am so happy with my nails, i was a little nervous to go to a new nail shop as i just moved to the area but i absolutely loved it! they're so friendly and gentle there and the prices were really good too! I believe my set for acrylics and nail art were £42, and i made sure to give a tip as i had a really calm and great time! i will be coming here again in the future!
