I recently purchased a used Forester from a private party and wanted to have it looked over. I am new to the south metro area, but not new to Walser. My wife has a Nissan and we take it to Walser Nissan in Burnsville. The layout of Walser Subaru is much different than Walser Nissan, and that confused me a bit. Great vehicles and great service! Harry has been my go to sales rep but everyone I've worked with has been super helpful and friendly including the service department. I love their pet friendly policy as I occasionally have my dog with and they always accommodate �
Out of all the dealerships I walked into, this one is by far the best! As a woman I felt respected. Especially with the service department! I never feel bad asking a silly question, the gentlemen there are kind and helpful! The one thing that will always stay with me was when one of the Service Advisors held the door open for me! Glad to see that Chivalry is not dead! I will for sure recommend this dealerships to everyone!
