RecommendedMy husband and I bought our first ever Subaru here yesterday. I was skeptical going in with all I’ve heard about dealerships but I came out extremely pleased. The process went smooth and Chris set us up well. They have an amazing extended warranty that is actually affordable and employees who deeply care. He was always straight forward with us and I never felt as if he was hiding anything. We love our new vehicle and can’t wait to take it on adventures. Definitely recommend to anyone.
Get folks waiting for service a courtesy ride to somewhere. Some people don't have a back up ride and are stuck in the waiting room for hours. This is NOT customer service and just a block down the street Toyota offers a courtesy ride back home or to another location. MY Forester is 6 years old and I will look into this matter when I purchase the new car this fall. I will go where they take care of those who are unfortunate enough to be part of a recall. This is unsatisfactory and I will handle the issue with my checkbook.
Sarah was friendly and efficient as she ushered me through the process of buying my beautiful Crosstrek. I had been driving a Honda that I had bought new in 2003. The Crosstrek seems like a spacecraft in comparison. Thanks Sarah!

Lousy customer service n forget about getting your vehicle serviced there. They're always booked almost a month out.

we bought a vehicle from this dealership on Saturday. Wednesday night the vehicle wont start. We took it back to them on Thursday morning, they said they would fix it.. 3 days later we the car back and was told it was a battery. We drive off the parking lot and 5 min later the same issue happened to the vehicle. we havent even had this vehicle for a week and its in the dealership twice trying to be fixed. Stay away from this dealership!! They sold us a car that had check engine lights flashing 4 days later, brought it in to fix and said they were going to go over the engine again. It worked for a good 10 mins and the problem was not resolved. We took it to another dealership under our service contract because Walser Subaru kept deflecting the issue and telling us a load of BS.
