I bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza (20,000 miles) from this dealership a month ago. Although I have yet to make my first payment, I had to take the car in because the passenger airbag would turn off when someone would sit down (specifically my 250 lb. boyfriend). Also the tire sensor kept going off. They are replacing the tires for me, but I was informed that I could get costing for replacing the airbag seat sensor. Do not buy a vehicle here. They sold a vehicle to someone else that we had a purchase agreement to buy and had financing in hand.

I've purchased two Subarus from Walser. They are very friendly, and the entire process of choosing a vehicle and completing the purchase is pleasant and efficient. Their service department is also very easy to work with in every regard.

My brother recently bought a Subaru from this dealership. I was happy that he finally got himself a newer car. He brought the car home and took off the dealership stickers that was on the rear door. Surprise!!! Underneath the sticker was a gouge that went all the way to the metal. What kind of shady business is this when you're purposefully hiding damage to a car and selling it without disclosing the damage?
