Today we leased our third vehicle through Walser Subaru (2015 Legacy) and a month and a half ago we traded in a car on the purchase of a gently used 2012 Impreza. 4 cars from Walser in less than that many years, bringing our total to 6 Subarus owned or leased since '01. Just want to express how pleased I was with the Walser service department. I had a pretty serious mechanical problem and Derek in the service center was super helpful and informative throughout the process. I don't have a great deal of automotive knowledge, but all the procedures were explained to me, and I never felt like I was getting fleeced. I bought my current car here and I plan on buying my next one here as well.
