My brother recently bought a Subaru from this dealership. I was happy that he finally got himself a newer car. He brought the car home and took off the dealership stickers that was on the rear door. Surprise!!! Underneath the sticker was a gouge that went all the way to the metal. What kind of shady business is this when you're purposefully hiding damage to a car and selling it without disclosing the damage? After 3 visits my 12,000 mile maintenance requested on the first visit never got recorded or done (at least according to the records between) and we're approaching the 15,000 mile maintenance now. It's still showing we need the 12,000 mile maintenance. I was just looking over them and the last time we were in that was supposed to be handled.
Never in my 75 years have I had such a great experience with a new car purchase. From sales to service, it's been FANTASTIC, the people in the service department make a huge impact in my experience at Walser Subaru. I often fear that management is not aware how the service reps handle customers so well, it's by far the best after sales support I've ever seen or had. My hats off to all the folks in the service department.
Great people and great service. Took my car in for service and ended buying a new car. They made it easy.
