After 3 visits my 12,000 mile maintenance requested on the first visit never got recorded or done (at least according to the records between) and we're approaching the 15,000 mile maintenance now. It's still showing we need the 12,000 mile maintenance. I was just looking over them and the last time we were in that was supposed to be handled.

Never in my 75 years have I had such a great experience with a new car purchase. From sales to service, it's been FANTASTIC, the people in the service department make a huge impact in my experience at Walser Subaru. I often fear that management is not aware how the service reps handle customers so well, it's by far the best after sales support I've ever seen or had. My hats off to all the folks in the service department.

I don't even want to give this place the pleasure of one star. Horrible customer service!! Made a three hour drive to see a vehicle and called ahead to make sure it was there. Arrived at the dealership to be told the vehicle was sold to another dealership weeks ago!
