If there were zero stars, I would give this dealership that in the service department. While buying the new car from them was fine, I will not be returning there for service. Because it is frigid this week, I spent over $600 installing a remote starter--because Subaru would invalidate my warranty if I got the same service for a quarter of the price elsewhere. And, it has never worked. Not once. And in this frigid week, which caused me to buy this service, they say they can't get me in for service at all. Not till next week. ... read more
We bought a 2013 Forester for my wife from Brian Samuels after taking several months to decide on which car to buy. When I needed a new car, I reserved a 2014 Impreza online with credit card and called Brian to tell him we'd pick up the car the next day. We're very happy with our cars as well as service from Brian and Walser Subaru.
