My son went to buy a car there with cash. Cash! They said no, his credit limit wasn’t good. Cash isn’t good? Unbelievable!
Don't get work done here ever. was told 3 hrs on phone, then 4 hrs when I got there. They forgot to get me after 6 hrs. car smelled of oil inside my car, even though I did not have an oil change done on my car. old parts left in the car. Guy blames coworker for all the problems, then tells me 5 mins for my car cause they forgot to wash it. Then that lasted another 30 mins. They forgot to idle car after airbag recall fix. Never again at this Subaru dealership!!
My girlfriend test drove a used car, she liked it however the headliner was detached near dome light. Told the salesman we were not interested because of that. He spoke to his manager and they said they would have it fixed. We filled out the paperwork paid for the car and Walser sent it off to get fixed. A day later we got the call saying it was fixed and we could pick it up. We went to pick it up it looked like crap. They put some black trim stuff on a grey car and gobs of Glue on the headliner.
