The people at Walser BMW were great to work with and knew their autos. My experience was hassle free and efficient. I understood the process and enjoyed dealing with the people that were responsible for selling me on a new car and in turning in my old leased car. I highly recommend the experience for anyone looking for a BMW.
I bought my first car through Walser Auto a few weeks ago. I was not able to get there until 6:30 P.M. and did not leave until 8:30 P.M. that night. They never once complained about having to stay late and even had the car washed/detailed for me so that way I could drive off with it that night. They did that after they were closed for the night (without hesitation). Amazing staff. Earl Wood is who sold me the car and made it a great first-time experience for me. Thank you Walser Auto! Love my car!
