RecommendedThe entire customer service experience was wonderful. While visiting family (I was 800 miles from my own home) when my AdBlue sensor began having issues. As one could imagine, I was in a bit of a panic about getting back home safely. I am sad I did not get the names of the two young men who came to pick up and return my Audi. Morgan set up the repairs and the pick up and return of my car were on time! Both men were so courteous. In this day, how refreshing to see smiling faces when doing a job. Thank you.

Morgan and Caleb provide attention to their customer's needs. They are professional and courteous and provide detail as to my Audi's needs and follow up with detail on service provided. I am most pleased with all my service from Audi Wichita. We have owned and enjoyed six Audis and it is wonderful to have an Audi dealer in Wichita.
I am so happy to get a chance for Campbell Walser & company to take a look at my GLA45 AMG they checked my notes & validated the error codes then did a quick. proper,& affordable repair. Thanks to service advisor Chris for the timely updates & delivered the car car on time. I strongly recommend these guys!
The whole experience of purchasing my amazing Audi was spectacular! I would highly recommend this place! No pushy salesmen either! My dude, QUAN over in the Audi building was easy going and just great to work with. He let the performance of the cars do the talking and then answered any questions I had about the car. Great first experience and my family will be returning in the future. 👍😁
I do not recommend them. They only give you attention when you want to buy. Once you buy from them, you no longer exist. They are to busy and the car breaks down within days of buying it. They are too busy to help and even the manager gives you the run around. Never again.
