RecommendedI like the dealership but I need to be honest, I worry bout the service department. Check engine light was on in our BMW X1 and they couldn’t figure out why but it miraculously went off after a oil change. When we picked up the car the heat no longer worked because of incomplete work by service department. Doesn’t make me feel great about our next visit.
Good people. Offered a fair price for my trade. Overall a good experience.
I really don’t know what exactly what it was done to my car because it was a factory recall. So I can’t comment on the work that was done the only thing I can say with regret that when I received the car back the car wasn’t washed. It was a little disappointing to see nobody wash the car before giving it back to the client.

Anthony took great care of me during my visit Saturday for my oil change. He is always so friendly and makes sure I am aware of anything that needs to be fixed soon to my car. I appreciate the time he takes to care about going the extra mile with customers!!
Our salesperson was awesome, but when it came to value our trade, they offered half of what it’s worth....i understand they need to make money, but they don’t need to make it all on one deal....crooks
Vy was my assistant through this entire process and was very patient to answer all the questions we had about each type, brand, style, etc. Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do! We appreciate Scott the manager being so ready to help us whenever we walked in and not wanting to have use wait even when the car was being detailed out for pickup and in helping us select the right extended warranty for our needs. Thank you again.
I’ll start with the one negative: the person who took my call and set up my appointment neither put my appointment into the schedule nor looked at what my car actually needed. As a result, they were overbooked. But they made it work. They gave me a loaner car (I had never made use of that service previously), and my car was ready in 3 hours (we thought it might take 6).
