not only did the bmw store not communicate at all, the lied on multiple accounts. floor mats(salesman's fault) 2 months later was resolved, when originally buying my yukon I was told they would use my sales tax rate as I was from out of town. went to tag it and they did not, so I had to pay the difference. They had my wheels fixed from being scuffed and 3 months later they look janky! and! my a/c condenser just went out and it had been jb welded to make it through a sale! they are the biggest crooks I have ever met in my lif... read more
Anthony was able to make the servicing of our Lexus very quick and answered my questions with out making me feel uneducated, especially about computer related problems.
Walser Lexus Service was responsive, clear and prompt. We required service and repair on two vehicles. Our expenditure was significant, but covered a number of maintenance issues along with repairs. We felt the bill was appropriate to services rendered. One issue remains unresolved but we continue to work with our service representative to reach a solution. All in all, we are very satisfied with the attention we received.
I can’t thank Luke, Josh and Earl enough for helping me get my new to me Acura TL yesterday! Lots of laughs! Incredible customer service! Hassle free! Honest people! Just loved my experience there!!
