I loved my purchasing experience and service when it was the Wichita Luxury Collection. However, now at Walser- NO. Let me tell you a story. I took my car in a week ago Friday to have the front right tire repaired, the front windshield repaired as there were still some pits in my windshield after the repair in August, and a service recall completed. RecommendedI really enjoyed working with Dan McMahon. He answered all my questions in a very timely fashion. The paper signing process went extremely fast compared to what I have experienced in the past. Over all working with Dan was super experience. I would highly recommend Dan at the Lexus Dealership of the Walser Campus.
I wish that you would have told me you didn’t have parts to fix my brakes when I did my oil change. I would have waited on the oil change vs making 2trips

I sought out initially to trade-in (sell) a vehicle to WAC LR so that I could buy another used car from them and I was surprised to see how little they offered for an original, low mileage, high end, sports car. Came by to look at a pre-owned car that I had seen listed on several sites, including their own. Drove around the back lot for nearly 20 minutes before we finally found it. After finding it we went into the Mini office to ask about it. The guy instantly shut us down saying anything that was on the back lot was already sold... while I literally had it pulled up on my phone. Then he proceeded to shut the door in our face. Dan McMahon was wonderful to work with! He went above and beyond our expectations. We purchased a used car but we were treated like we bought the most expensive car they have. When we came to pick it up, the car was pristine! He even replaced all of the batteries in the wireless headsets as well as found another headset to ensure our kids all had one!
