After taking my deposit on a vehicle, I went back the following day and was told they made a "clerical error" and the price increased $2000 and there was nothing they could do. Not sure if this is common practice or not but now I certainly don't have the trust in them to give them my business. Maybe its because I went in today without my husband.
DID NOT TELL ME OF OF OUTSTANDING RECALL ON TRANSMISSION. They would not take the car back knowing full well I wouldn't have gotten the car in the first place if I had known of the recall on the transmission clutch piston. I feel like I was taken advantage of for being a young car buyer. Awesome Dealership! Joe Scott is a very understanding and respectful person. I bought my 2013 Acura TL from here and the car still runs strong! Car was detailed beautifully and given to me with a full tank of gas. That alone tells you this place cares about customer satisfaction.
Great place to do business. Very low pressure and the price was fair. It took about 1 month of shopping to narrow down everything and find the car I was looking for. And from there it only took about a day to secure financing and drive off. Thanks everyone
Do not go here. I got screwed on my trade. They turned around and listed it 6 gs over what they gave me.
They sale junk cars that shouldn't be on the road for top dollar..... the sales manager is a Maggot sold me a $37,000 junk box . I don't know now they get away with the stuff they do .... I would go there again stay away ... there a way better places to ..
