went to buy a WRX and also put a deposit to hold the car...went back a few days later ready to negotiate and buy the car but Derrick wasn't willing to negotiate at all. this occurred on 11/9 and I have yet to get my refundable deposit back

Marcello was wonderful! I had previously gone to Mercedes of north haven where I was treated terrible and they could not get me the car or financing I was looking for on a pre owned. I went to Marcello and explained my situation- he got me in the car I wanted AND with almost half the money the Mercedes dealer wanted down- same car, better price and better terms. Got me in my new car in a little over a week. Thank you!!
I asked if one of their Jeeps was certified pre-owned and was immediately told yes. After talking to them a little more about it, I found out it actually wasn't a CPO vehicle and when I questioned them again on it, I received a copy/paste generic message about leaving them my information. Literally the first word they messaged me was a lie, so they fit the stereotypical dishonest used car dealership. I prefer not to do business with dealerships that blatantly lie to keep your interest.
Bought my Nissan Altima just under a year ago and I have had no issues with my car. They removed a bit of rust by the trunk and a few minor things before I drove the car off the lot. Their business office was great. WAP has something for everyone in every budget and treats their customers with respect. The cars are fair priced or even cheaper than most dealers would sell without being deceitful towards customers. Would 10/10 recommend starting at WAP when looking for a new vehicle.
Great sales experience with Derrick and an amazing job by Chris to arrange financing.! This was the 4th dealer I went to, should have been 1st.
