My car was taken in for service on time. Promised in an hour. Service was completed on time as well.
I bought a car from them 3 months ago and the air conditioning went so we took it to Wallace Nissan they told us we only had to pay for the part and would charge for putting it in the charge was 750 dollars mind you didn't have the car long apparently it wasn't under warranty or something well my husband called around and was quoted 750 with it being installed umm so how is that only paying for the part ?? This is a review on their service department. I've been here twice and both times they were nothing but professional and extremely helpful. I've never felt like they were taking advantage of the fact I'm a girl and I know nothing about cars. I can tell they are genuine and honest. I highly recommend them to anyone. I have always had my car serviced here, I had an appointment yesterday for regular service. Upon arrival, I was told my usual writer was no longer there. So, they put me with the new service writer. The guy was very rude and unprofessional from the onset. After waiting over 2 hours for my car to be serviced with an appointment my car was finally done.
