Viola is an awesome person and an even better salesperson. I really love my new/used truck and I really feel that I've gotten a great vehicle for a fair price. The finance department was knowledgeable and helpful and my loan went through without a hitch. I had a minor problem with a key fob but this is being addressed as I type. Thanks so much to the entire team but especially Viola!!
Wallace Nissan is awesome! I (and my husband when he was alive), leased an Altima every 3 years. You guys are terrific. Service is wonderful. Of course it is when your neighbor is a technician in the service area. I want you to know that I am totally satifsied with service and quality. P.S. With this glowing review, can I get my second oila nd filter change for free!!! LOL
Lousey auto butler! Website states that they vacuum but they don't do seats, between seats, dashboards, trunks & in my case floors. Looks like they shook out the floor mats, put them back & put those paper things down so it looked like they did a good job, NOT! Someone called me to make it right, but I can't spend another afternoon there & my next service isn't due for another 6 months. Spent 45 minutes vacuuming all that they didn't. I was going to renew this but I think the local car wash can handle this.
I am a new Nissan owner and so Happy with the Service I have recieved!
