90 minutes for an oil/filter change and tire rotation, could be frustrating but I'm actually delighted to witness the honesty of this dealership, an 80 + year old lady brought her car in with a problem that they thought it would take over an hour to fix. About 20 minutes later she was told it was something very simple that the mechanic fixed right away at no charge. That made our day for sure!!! ...And if this wasn't enough just now 10:10 one hr later this other lady brings her car for a $400 brake work and the service advis... read more
I had done my homework, so I knew what car I wanted, and had my basic price through Truecar. Jermaine made the experience quick and painless. Financing was a breeze. It seemed like i was in and out in only a few hours. This is the second car I have bought through Wallace, and I'll probably do it again.
