Have a better customer service. Last week, we stopped our truck, (it is on the warranty), at the dealership. Took 2 days, for answering our phone calls to explain what is the problem in the car. The novel continues after they returned the Titan when I need to finish paying a rental car, because the service advisor Hunter, never bother to call Enterprise, to transfer and pay the bill, for the rental. We purchased a Rogue this weekend. Michael L. the salesman was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful, understanding and took his time with us. Phil made sure to find us the best deal that would work for us. Ieata(spelling?) who did our paperwork was extremely helpful as well. Overall we had an amazing experience here and will be back!

My rating isn’t towards the truck I purchased it is solely on the dealership. Bought truck waiting two hours in the waiting room for it to get cleaned and full of fuel. After it was done, 8:00, it came from the back dirtier then before. Once leaving the dealer promised me my next oil change and fuel is on them. Came in for my first oil change after scheduling it 2 weeks in advance. They told me I was not scheduled for anything and to talk to mangement about their promise.
