I have been going to this dealer for last 8 years. They have always provided great service. The staff specially Mr. Scott is very courteous and would do anything to make the customer happy and take care of your needs. The best thing I like about them is that they are hones. If your car does not need a service or repair work they will tell you, they are not there to rip you off unlike some other places. You can trust them.
Rosa was very helpful in the sales process. Sales manager listen to us to close the transaction. We even left to have dinner and returned to do the final paper work signin. Thanks. I am impressed with dealership to date. Great customer follow up.

We showed up with no appointment having battery trouble on a new car He took it in immediately and returned it 20 min later with a new battery installed and a million apologies for disrupting our schedule Would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle there. Rosa Rodriquez is the Sales Consultant that listened to the list of things I wanted in a new car and what I did not want also. She let me test drive different models of Nissans. Rosa also spoke to the GM Patrick who was very helpful in explaining what would be a good fit for my daily 100 mile commute. With the help of Rosa, Patrick and the Finance manager I must say that I really feel like I left Wallace Nissan with a really great car. Took home a 2015 Nissan Versa with a great power package.
