Dealership keeps calling and asking for my deceased mother. I’ve informed them multiple times that she is deceased and have requested to have the number removed from their list yet they continue to call. When confronted they deny previous conversations and hang up on me.
Tim in the service department has provided INCREDIBLE service for my vehicle. He has gone out on a limb time and time again to be helpful and provide the best service possible in a timely manner, and has updated me every step of the way. I am very impressed by the courtesy, kindness, and helpfulness that was provided by Tim, that I was willing to drive over 6 hours to go to this shop for a repair rather than the one in my current city. The service is unmatched, and I will be returning in the future.
They came and helped me when my battery died. Tim was soooo kind and helpful! All of the service department is AMAZING! Barry sold me my car and he is fabulous too. Thank you for such great service!
this place sold, me a car that is very dangerous,, and they want do anything to fix the problem, I have took the car 2times to try and work something out,, I have made one car payment and have had to take car in 4 times,, took another place, now the steering wheel arm is ready to break, steering wheel lock on me going down the hwy. bait and switch classic drove an hour to see a car they had. verified by phone it was there only to arrive and tell me i couldnt see it as its locked in service dept. was givin first right of refusal on the vehicle to come see it next day by sales managment. got called an hour before showing up and told it now has a deposit on it by someone else and to top it off they admitted to lying to me and said its at a different wallace location. all in all the worst customer service ive seen in my life. they make used car lots look l... read more
