Good quality I bought the whole sofa set and dining table set from Walker. I like their collections and they match for my new apartment. The staff was patient and helpful when waiting for me to decide my purchase. I got them delivered to my house.

Not much selection The discount section was not very impressive. Everything was dirty or broken. The sales people were pushy, but didn't have much to offer. The prices weren't much of a discount.
Wide selections Great customer service from store employees. The delivery crew was very professional as well.

Great The store has a pretty good variety. The people I spoke with who work there were very helpful and friendly. David assisted me with finding the furniture I need, and was most helpful. I also spoke with Alejandro I believe his name was. He was also helpful and informitative.
WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? Owners of Walker furniture need to demand better customer service from their employees or they may find themselves OUT OF BUSINESS!
False Advertising It takes a lot for me to slam a company online. In this case Walker furniture owes me an hour and a half of my life. I saw an ad on their homepage and decided to head down and treat myself to a Tempurpedic Rhapsody bed with the top line adjustable base. I told the rep what I was interested in purchasing and he took me to the bed. I mentioned I would need a new frame as well since I was upgrading from a queen to a king.
