horrible staff I went in to buy a bedroom set at first I was happy with our selection until the sales associate started adding up each piece totaling over 4,700 for just a bedroom set. So I was disappointed with the price. Then what made it worse was when I went into the finance department for help I just stood there and nobody was willing to help me. Or even ask if I needed help. Great Experience Had two main things 1. being that they had many choice to pick from 2. the salesperson (jed) listen to what we wanted and took us to the option that he had on the floor and also showed us other option on the computer.

Same day Delivery They had 2 stories full of furniture and almost everything was in stock i furnished my house and had it delivered the same day ....THNKS AWSOME
Will not buy due to bad review Was about to go to see some living room furniture. Fortunately I read the bad review. Thanks, I decided not to buy from them.
Very efficient in customer service My sales person was very professional and helpful. I had issues with the first delivery and Aikan took care of them efficiently. He told me to come in and pick another sofabed and I did. He was able to have them delivery the items in a timely manner.
Best prices and sales people Since purchasing our home over 11 years ago we have purchased all of our furniture items from Walker because they continually have the best products for the best prices and always have many items to choose from that are within our budget. The sales people have always been extremely helpful without being pushy and delivery is always on time with courteous delivery people as well.
richard r. don't shop here rip of artists; do not stand behind the products they sell; forced to sue to get my money back; sold defective recliner that caught on fire. took over 1 month just to get an answer back that no refund would be had on an obviously bad chair that cost $1000
Lots to choose from I needed to buy everything for my apartment and got almost all of it here. I wasn't too thrilled with my couch after I got it because the cushions kept coming off when you got off it and the person that assembled my end table did it wrong, they later fixed it, but I found the coolest bedroom set I ever saw and I got a great deal on my leather recliner.
