Three times..and counting I recently purcharces a living room set about 2 months ago. On the morning of delivery they called me and told me the love seat was broken. They told me they could still deliver the couch and recliner. I said no thanks. Went down to reselect another set because they no longer carried the original set i had just chosen...problem solved?! Very good selection I was very happy with the choices I had the sales man was very good as for showing me with I had to pick from from my price range .
Beautiful items to look at My salesperson was very pleasant. I didn't need a piece in the furniture package and I was able to have it taken out and price reduced. Love that there is layaway!

Great selection! Our associate knew every inch of the showroom. She anticipated our needs and sent us to the appropriate areas and left us to discuss our concerns. She gave us an honest opinion and didn't hover.
Good Very good but every time I asked if a couch came in the color I wanted the answer was NO....made my selection limited.
Great experience until we got up to paying Very helpful salesperson; not pushy but available and was knowledgeable about the merchandise in stock that could be delivered immediately.
Good showroom service The sales associate was helpful and friendly.
