Great! Professional. Sales Reps were obviously knowledgeable of products in store and readily able to so complimenting pieces. Was great not to have someone follow you all around. No one was pushy. But, was available when had questions; knew what was in the store and where. It was great. Thank you.
Couch falling apart We purchased a couch from Walker about 2 years ago. We bought a sectional with a recliner and two massage chairs built in. The couch looked nice and felt comfortable when we sat on the cushions. The couch that was delivered to us does not seem like the same one we sat on at the store. It is now falling apart on us. The seems on the couch are coming undone and the recliner were you put your feet is ripping. If you dont sit directly in the middle of a cushion, you will be sitting on a hard board. Great experience Overall positive experience. Sales associate was not pushy and respected my space, something that was greatly appreciated. Delivery personnel were respectful and careful. Will definitely re-visit in the future.
Pushy staff, poor quality for the price The moment you enter the store, the salesperson latches on you like a blood hound and follows you around. They are pushy and will try to sell ice to an Eskimo. The representations they make of their products are not necessarily accurate. The furniture is overpriced for the quality which is of little wonder if you consider that they have to cover the cost of their massive advertisement blitz on TV and news papers, not to mention a load of sales personnel. Don't shop at Walker furniture They sold us 4000 worth of furniture..there was one piece of the sectional couch that is faulty..Natasha sent someone out to look...when I called her back to say I was still asleep at 7 am when the guy showed up..she snapped "The whole wold's awake at 7am"..then her boss Latrice Walker got snotty too..Walker furniture has horrendousw..low class people in customer service...they should clean them out and start over...how sad. Great Sales people are super nice and friendly!
having to pay extra for bad service I am writing this because of the poor service that I have received from your company. I purchased a living room set and had to take them back due to rips and tears in the fabric, got a new set had to take that back because the color on the love seat and sofa were bleeding onto my clothes and we were not able to sit on them, Went to the store to get another set, was told that they don't have that and I could get something else but would have to pay the difference and we don't know when it w... read more
