Good Very good but every time I asked if a couch came in the color I wanted the answer was NO....made my selection limited.
SO DONE! So DONE with Walker Furniture! Three bad experiences - The first when we bought an expensive leather sofa and love seat about 10 years ago - Sofa seat flaked and scuffed after just a couple of months use. No compensation from Walker. 2 years ago purchased a reclining llove seat. Recliner cables continually broke - Walker would NOT replace. Sent out repair tech repeatedly - No solution - continued to break. We finally ordered cables on our own and ultimately went to leaving the recliners extended because the constant... read more
WHY? I can't recommend Walkers because I didn't enjoy shopping there. Why does this place insist on trying to sell broken furniture? I can't understand that. I went shopping for a dinette set and ended up with a fairly good table and two chairs that can only be described a 'scratch and dent' stuff. Won't go back here for even a window shopping trip.
Great selection! Our associate knew every inch of the showroom. She anticipated our needs and sent us to the appropriate areas and left us to discuss our concerns. She gave us an honest opinion and didn't hover.
Always enjoyable at Walker Always satisfied with Walker merchandise and sales associates. Have never had a problem with Walker.
THE ECONOMY IS BAD AND SO IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE It's funny to see everyone was greeted by sales associates. I usually am in their store for approximately 30 minutes or more and the staff will walk past me or not ask to assist me. I can't believe I went back for the same punishment as four years ago. I bought furniture and the delivery drivers drug the leather couches right in my face outside. They unwrapped it to make it easier to carry. Good showroom service The sales associate was helpful and friendly.
We like the furniture. We had a furniture return because part of the computer desk we bought would not fit in the room. We were worried that the credit would nor be handled properly back at the store. We wound up purchasing an additional file cabinet but still had a credit owed to us. The credit to the account took forever, but the paperwork was all correct and we were very happy with the outcome.
Scared my 74yearold Mom DO NOT patronize Walker or any of their subsidiaries. They own most of the mattress and bedding stores in Vegas. Figure out who you are really buying from when you shop!!! My 74 year old mother made the mistake of shopping one of the mattress stores. She bought a bed and when it was delivered it was the wrong item. Too many things went wrong after this to mention - but when she stopped payment on a check (until she got what she paid for) they harassed her and threatened her with jail.
