I have been going to Walker Acura to get maintenance done to my cars for at least 5-6 years and my last experience on yesterday was TERRIBLE. I was there waiting for my car 4hrs and all I had got was an oil change. The business opened for 7:30am and I was there for 6:30am and I did not leave until almost 11am. Not to mention when my vehicle was returned to me and upon me getting into it I discovered my vehicle to be wrecked. Stopped in due to a nail in my tire the other day. Staff was great, had my truck back, inspected, and tire patched in under 30 minutes, and it’s not even an Acura! Was very pleased with the experience.
I had a coupon that was for an oil change. It specifically said it would be done in 60 minutes or less and no appointment necessary. Upon entering the service department, I was immediately told “It will be more like 2 hours, in order to have it done in under 60 minutes you need an appointment.” I specifically went on my lunch hour because it was supposed to be an hour or less.
I bought my new Acura here this weekend and I DEFINITELY recommend Mike Faucheaux at Walker Acura! He made the dreaded car buying experience easy and enjoyable! I was in and out in approximately 2 hours which is AMAZING! BEST car buying experience ever!
