The manager and service here needs a major overhaul. Bought a car took over two weeks for them to do what they promised. I had to also make them go back and redo something, because they did an unacceptable job and didn’t see an issue with leaving glue residue all over the back window. Avoid this place, go anywhere but here. Also, part of my key is missing.

This place has some of the worst service I have seen in my life. We have been working with them since April to get a door lock fixed in my son’s car and it STILL isn’t fixed. They keep saying the parts they receive are “defective”. Pretty sure it’s overall incompetence and not defective parts. I am not even confident they know what part to fix! No one wants to help and you are lucky if you can speak to the same person twice! STEER CLEAR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
My experience with walker Acura started out great and then quickly turned sour. I was sold lies and bs for two weeks. The situation has turned me completely off and I definitely will not be purchasing an Acura or recommending this dealership to anyone. Purchasing your first car is supposed to be an exciting experience. Thanks for ruining it.

By honoring their E-Price quotes and not upping the price 3k after you take the time to actually visit.
I did not buy my MDX at Walker, but I stopped in today for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They were happy to help me and did it very quickly, even without an appointment. I'll be back!
