We just bought a certified used car & I was very pleased with everyone we worked with. The salesman, James N., was very professional & friendly. He spent at least an hour showing us all the details on the car.Even though it was past closing time, he continued working with us. I would definitely recommend Walker Acura. I'm beyond excited about my new car.
Bought my car and drove away and they had not even filled the tank, there's less than a quarter of a tank of gas, no oil change, and the wipers were basically from when the car was bought 20k miles ago. UPDATE: Walker was actually already going to fix this for me because the service department was closed, they actually are doing a great job, sorry for the negative, good dealership
Acura is like a new dealership they fix it expeditiously as possible car given back to me the same way I gave it to them great shape thanks for all your help in the future I will return thank you and keep on improving keep up the good work in relations with customers and communicate thank you very satisfied customer .
Service Department is unprofessional! A complete rip off! I paid $157.00 to be told it would cost an additional $587 for additional diagnostic. I have been bringing my car here for over a year now with little problems that has lead to a major problem. Each time I was told thry couldn't find anything wrong. Acura get it together! You will lose customers over greed!
