My husband I bought a new RDX. We were very impressed by Walker Acura. In particular, our salesman -- Carlos -- was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable. He talked straight to us. He was very responsive as we had questions. I would highly recommend Carlos if you are interested in an Acura and go to Walker Acura.
Have an issue on my TLX with the trim on the bottom of the driver's seat cracking! My car is not even a year old yet and this has happened 5 times! Sure, they repair it but it is so frustrating and they don't know why it continues to happen.......
Service is horrible! Left several messages and emails and still no response.
Not my regular service guy. This one was alittle unpleasant. Seemed put out that he had to do the recall in my car.
I wife and I were visiting our son and family in the area on a rainy Dec. 22. Driving our 2004 MDX I unfortunately ran over an object in the street and after which I had no power steering and the battery light was on. Pulled over and found the serpentine belt was off and I thought broken. Had it towed to Walker Acura and since I had never been there before was a little concerned about what kind of service I would receive.
