We had a great experience at Walker Acura while purchasing our new car. Mike Faucheaux was our salesman and we couldn't be happier with him. He was professional, respectful, and let the car sell itself. He worked hard to get us into the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted.
The worst customer service. I hate when i have to bring my car into service. There is always a new face. Nobody knows what’s going on. They are rude and untruthful!! Thumbs down!!! �
I have had my MDX serviced here for the past 6 years and the service is hit or miss. I've found that when the staff members change so does the quality of the service that you receive.
Yesterday, I brought my car to Walker ACURA, without an appointment, for an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. While there, they changed the Tecata airbag inflator and took care of something else that was recalled. The staff was polite, friendly, and efficient. I waited in comfort while catching up on Facebook activity and enjoying freshly made coffee and some munchies they provided. They took care of everything I brought it in for, as well as the recall items, and washed my car before returning it to me. ... read more
