Purchased a one owner used vehicle. Had it delivered and check engine light on!! Immediately contacted sales person and took to local Honda dealer first thing the next morning (vehicle is a Honda Civic). Turns out it has damage from an animal chewing on it. Contacted Used Car Sales Manager at dealership who said he’d call me back and did once only to say he’d call me back and hadn’t forgotten but after no call back that day and 5 calls to him yesterday he will not return my call. Customer service! There is none! Never answer the phone. Never return calls.
Walker Acura’s service department really needs improving. It is very rare that they ever answer the phone. When they do answer they tell you that they will call you back but they never do. I called yesterday afternoon due to an issue I was experiencing with my car. I was told that they would call me back this morning. It’s now almost 3pm and I still haven’t heard from them. Very professional team of salesmen. They did not try to sell us something we did not want to buy. The sales manager helped us out through the entire deal, and we were able to drive away in a beautiful new ride. Thank you Walker Acura
