Jaelyn the wanna-be physician in pharmacy, is rude, condensing, a LIAR, and an overall unpleasant human. I will be switching to a different pharmacy along with my family, due to her ignorance, and lack of customer service. She should not be working with the general public, she is more suited for overnight stocking in a building by herself. Perhaps even a grounds keeper, where she can be alone and unbothered. Put pills in bottles that people with normal hands can reach into. my new meds this month have 0 room for me to get my fingers into. For what my pills cost, you'd think normal sized bottles would be in order. But no, my local pharmacy thinks it's a game to see just how full they can stuff a too small pill bottle. Thank God I keep my old bottles for this reason!

I do not understand why there was no one wearing a mask at pharmacy.,Or seeing that seniors with health issues are not better protected. They should have people farther apart.
My husband came to pickup an Rx for our child’s ear infection. He waited in the drive thru and got to the window at 4:59 (Labor Day so store closes at 5pm) and the pharmacy tech shut the window. He called and she told him “we open at 8am” and hung up. I’m sorry but you saw him in line? You couldn’t take 2 minutes to check him out so our screaming child can get relief? Waited 30 minutes in the drive up with 2 cars ahead of us and then were told we needed to go get back in lane 1 or go inside because they couldn’t send 4 scripts through the tube ... wait... what? We walk inside and there is several already in line ... how about just sending the scripts through in two different trips through the tube? After 20 years of using Walgreens our family business will be going elsewhere.
I I've been a Wallgreens customer for years and spend lots of $ at Walgreens in Dixon Ill. I bought some packs of cigarettes unopened and wanted to exchange them. I was told I couldn't. Not Happy!!
Everytime I come they don't have my meds ready or even have any at all. Waste of my time. Very frustrating
