How do you hire a manager who treats those that are sick and/or disabled person in this manner. Your approach and lack of empathy disgusts me.

I think your employees need some more training as refusing service to this customer and telling them to leave is against the law!!! Check the American Disability Act regarding service animals!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You just opened yourself for a lawsuit!
I just saw a horrible video of a Walgreens manager belittle a veteran because of his service dog. How pathetic and extremely unprofessional of the manager! He needs to be fired. The manager should know the laws about service animals. Walgreens really needs to apologize for their actions against this man and his dog. Even better Walgreens should offer an apology by giving free items to the man and his service dog. Because of this Video and the actions of the manager I refuse to shop at Walgreens ever again!
Word spreads quickly when our service members are treated poorly. Service dogs not welcome? Apparently neither is my business. Manager needs to be fired and should feel absolutely ashamed!

I just read a narrative and watched a video about a veteran and his service dog being rejected and ejected from your store. How dare you embarrass a combat veteran in such a way. Learn some manners and take some human relations classes. Respect those who went to war for the freedom you enjoy on a daily basis. I am going to contact the district office and let them know of your appalling behavior. Remember, others can treat you the same way when you enter their domain. Walgreen's reputation is deeply diminished in my sight.
