Lawsuit time, It is illegal what happened in your store. The American Disability Act covers therapy, service and emotional support dogs and your employees have broken the law. If this was done to one person it must of happened too many more victims. Can you say Class Action Lawsuit. Firing the offending employees is not good enough. I was forced to give you a star to post this comment, you really deserve -5 star rating!
I just saw the video with the service dog and that is ridiculous. people with small dogs go in stores all the time but an actual GERMAN SHEPHERD that is well trained is refused. I thought it was even illegal to ask if it is a service dog. He obviously showed some identification. Walgreens for shame on that manager.
