I think you stink Walgreens in Mesquite, Texas. I am appalled that you would turn away a Marine Vet and his service dog. Where were you when this young man was standing up for your rights to be a franchise store and sell to the public? Yes, that's right you where in your store, safe and sound. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, service dogs are not required to wear any special vest.
this happened at a Best Western. Best Western HQ made the franchise take down all Best Western signs and cant use the name until the go to proper training on this. What did Walgreens do>??? However Did the serviceman show the proper ID that he needed to show?
0% Respect for veterans and their service dog by your store manager. He needs to be FIRED!!!

If that video is your store policy, I will never set foot in one of your stores again. And that POS that confronted OUR vet, should be fired. Right now. His lack of professionalism and conflict resolution is deplorable. He seemed to be a "I have power" loser. Really? This is how you treat Our vets?
Walgreens acts anti veteran anyway....won't take Tricare (express scripts)......secret military discount one day a week that employees don't know about......please prosecute this store for the infraction.......I just use CVS...let Wagreens join Wards....there are drugstores on every corner.......Walmart, K-mart, Wynn-Dixie, CVS have everything Walgreens has.......Whats the name of Sears tower now......they are from Chicago also........
