I am absolutely disgusted that Walgreens turned this service dog out. You just lost this very loyal customer.
Unbelievable. I already hate/boycott CVS (refused to help me in a life or death situation) and now Walgreens has disappointed me. Do the right thing, Walgreens. Please.
Just read a post and saw the video where a Walgreens employee asked a Veteran and his service dog to leave the store...SHAME ON WAlGREENS!!
I have sent this to different military pages and sites. I truly hope we get enough people to stop going to any Walgreen store.
That manager needs fired. That is just wrong. You don't go up to a person like that and ask for id. The service dogs clearly wear proper gear to show "I'm a service dog" that wasn't good enough? So wrong of you guys.
completly disgusted at WALGREENS, I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY WALGREENS EVER. There is a LAW about service animals..i guess WALGREENS IS AGAINST SERVICE DOGS AND YOUR SAYING IS "LIVE WELL" WHAT JOKE..
This what I think of the Walgreens manager and the store that he represents!!! BOO! HISS! FIRE HIM..., and it happens to be "your" store's policy not to allow service animals in your store..PLEASE, CHANGE IT! For a United States Veteran to be treated in such a manner is absolutely despicable! This store has a zero star rating as far as I am concerned (it does not allow me to place that, however), and I hope that it does not reflect on the other Walgreens around the United States of America!!
Managers need to be trained better. No excuse for the treatment of this veteran.... Or anyone else with a service dog.
Shameful. Just shameful.
