It absolutely disgusted when I see an American company turning down service to a man who fights to keep your company American. I USED to love shopping at walgreens, but no longer will I shop at walgreens. I hope what you have done goes known nationwide and others feel the same.

The viral video with a Veteran who brought his service dog into the store is VERY pathetic on the Manager's part. The Manager at the Mesquite, TX location needs to be reprimanded!! You don't treat a VETERAN that has put his own life on the line for America with such disrespect. I don't shop at Walgreens much, but I would NEVER set foot in any Walgreens that apparently thinks its OK to disrespect an honorable Veteran!!! How dare you Walgreens??!! How DARE You???
Wallgreen's needs to review policy and precedures along with the ADA law, and maybe some training for their staff. this should not have happened, but it did, it is now viral!
This how you treat your customers? Having your employees accosting customers at the door, embarrassing them, following them around not because the customer is a threat but because he had a service dog .. Better training is really needed for your management team.
I hope you take your service animal policy under strict review. Your employee should be fired, and a public apology to your customer made. To allow a manager to disgrace your store should never be tolerated.
I am very disappointed in your response to a veteran and his service animal. I have passed the story on; hopefully many will read it and decide not to shop at your store. Your employees and management need to be retrained. (I am sorry I had to give this a one star, I would rather no star)
Walgreens needs to apologize to America's Military Personnel and reach out to the Veteran that your employee disgraced and personally apologize. Until then, CVS!
