You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I'm so glad that I live in an area where there are no Walgreens as I will NEVER step another foot in one.
You really need to train your employees how to recognize service animals. You should be sued for this type of behavior.
So this is how you allow our veterans and/or the disabled to be treated??!!!!! Do you think this is acceptable, WALGREENS?? Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! I'm so tired of seeing stories like this one. EDUCATE your employees. I want to hear what you have to say about this.
Due to your employee's behavior regarding the veteran's service dog, I think I'm going to take my pharmacy business elsewhere.

After seeing the video of the manager's rude behavior I will be moving all my business elsewhere. I live in Spring, Tx but I think Walgreens should be boycoutted across the country over this or until that manager's association with Walgreens is terminated.
Shame on you! I am the daughter and sister to service members and this is such a disrespectful way to treat people who sacrificed so much! SHAME ON YOU! I will NEVER shop at Walgreens again. This manager is a representative for your company and as such as just shown how you view and treat our vets!
