What does Walgreens have to say about this, what is their side? DO they allow their management to refuse service dogs?

You screwed up, big time. A veteran, some one who FAUGHT literally, something you would never understand for you, to protect YOU and your rights. How dare you disrespect him! Thank you whoever you are for your service, my gratitude alone will never be enough for what you went through but know not all people are like this God forsaken, advantage taking, piece of crap like that manager. Walgreens I hope you do the right thing and either change your policy to allow service dogs or correctly train your employees at least! I refu... read more

i think your employee who threw the U.S. vet and his service dog out should be fired immediatly !!how fucking rude and disrespectful!! if i ever had the misfortune of being anywhere near your fucking store i would inform that p.o.s.what it means to discriminate against the disabled and a war vet at that ,then i would slap a fucking lawsuit on walgreens and everyone that is involved in this asshole being allowed to treat a disabled vet or anyone like this.if this is Walgreens policy they will soon be changing it after hopeful... read more

Anyone can go online and purchase the "service dog" vest and other "service dog" identifying items. Per law, those with service dogs are not required to produce, show, nor display any paperwork or certifications proving they are service dogs. Furthermore, per ... read more

What do I think of your store (and manager). I think they are clueless that without our US servicemen, they would not be in business. If I were in Texas, I'd boycott your store and seek the termination of your manager. However, I live in Maryland and, until now, was a Walgreen customer. However, I find that if they have no respect for our military, then they lack respect for our country and for us, the customers. I'll be notifying local Walgreen stores of my decision and to let them know I won't be needing their "Rewards" ca... read more

I have to confess that I preferred CVS or Rite Aid, but now knowing how your manager treated a veteran and his service dog, I will make sure to never go to one of stores again. And yes, I'm sharing it and telling my friends and family to to the same. This is inexcusable!

This is sad, sorry to say I live in that area of town. Not all people are like that. Sorry you had such a hard time. God bless you and thank you for your service.
