You screwed up, big time. A veteran, some one who FAUGHT literally, something you would never understand for you, to protect YOU and your rights. How dare you disrespect him! While I think it a shame that the manager treated a returning vet in such a manner, I also understand why this happened. Service dogs exist for a reason. However, per a discussion recently with other dog show friends, some people are abusing the claim of "service dog." Anyone can go online and purchase the "service dog" vest and other "service dog" identifying items. What do I think of your store (and manager). I think they are clueless that without our US servicemen, they would not be in business. If I were in Texas, I'd boycott your store and seek the termination of your manager. However, I live in Maryland and, until now, was a Walgreen customer. However, I find that if they have no respect for our military, then they lack respect for our country and for us, the customers. I have to confess that I preferred CVS or Rite Aid, but now knowing how your manager treated a veteran and his service dog, I will make sure to never go to one of stores again. And yes, I'm sharing it and telling my friends and family to to the same. This is inexcusable!
Disgusting!!! This manager should be fired.
