WTF....You have GOT to be kidding me. No wonder I stopped shopping at Walgreens and switched to Rite Aid and CVS, I agree with the others, your manager at this store needs to be educated, better yet, for the way he treated one of our hero's, he needs to just be terminated. Any manager that knows nothing about laws regarding service animals should NOT be the one running the store.

because of the incident with the service dog i won't be shopping at any walgreens..what that guy did was totally uncalled for..he should be fired...

Very disappointed to see what a manager did to this serviceman and his dog!Really?This should have been handled much better and instead the manager was rude and abusive to him!Hopefully something is done about him!Or I guess I will be shopping elsewhere!And I am a regular at your store!

You want to EXPLAIN your actions? The right to refuse service is based on the actions of the customer (go get your legal team). If the customer is being disruptive or causing or threatening damage/harm I'd ask him to leave, too. What you did was ILLEGAL. Denying service because of a Service Animal is a violation of both Federal (American Disability Act) and State law. If your corporate office HASN'T heard about this yet, they're about to.
