I can't believe that the manager wasn't trained any better than this. He shouldn't be in charge. I have no idea who the mgr is or his background but a veteran with credentials should have been enough. I'm going to share this in the Houston area! Do you understand that the vet put his LIFE on the line?

Don't have to show any kind of proof for a service dog. Why in the world would a manager be unaware of that and turn away business? You are I'm the business of making money not dog eviction. I'll be bringing my dog in Walgreens next chance I get. Deal with it
Sadly, you're company doesn't apparently train in this area. My nephew, who is was 4 or 5 at the time, had a service dog for his diabetes. They to were asked to leave. Show some compassion and train your employees on the difference between a service dog and someone who just walks in off the street. Also, by law, you're required to allow a person with a service animal into your business. Lawsuit waiting to happen!!! They suck when it comes to the manager at Walgreens at Kearney & Galloway in Mesquite, Texas .How he treated a United States Military Veteran with his Silver Star service dog . That Manager BROKE the LAW ! By his Asking for I.D. for the dog. The dog has a Silver star tag from the V.A.. It's on video on FB. Walgreens you need to do something about that manager big time !!!!!
