He should show identification, I'm sorry but I've seen people bring in poodles and all kinds of dogs saying they are service dogs but have no way to prove it and in all honesty people, people lie sometimes Not saying he is just saying some do. They made that rule because some people have allergies to dogs and will get breathing problems just by in in the same room or animal hair that's left behind can cause rashes and other side effects. As the wife of a soldier and veteran, SHAME on you. I'm also the mother of a disabled child, who may need and use a service dog in the future. Service dogs are an important, often vital and life saving, part of the lives of many physically and mentally disabled individuals. Educate yourselves on the law. Then educate yourselves on customer service.
You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I'm so glad that I live in an area where there are no Walgreens as I will NEVER step another foot in one. Walgreens take some positive action/ sad to know this happen!
You should (??) the employee that would not let the service dog in the store
This is why I don't shop at walgreens haven't in a long time
I won't shop at a Walgreens nationwide after seeing the video and treatment of a vet and his service dog. Your employees represent your company. This wasn't just some cashier that was hired for the summer... It was the manager. Shame on you.
